During sport we sweat more and therefore lose water. Depending on the person and how hard they exercise, it can be around 1.5 litres per hour of exercise. You need to drink more to compensate for the loss of water so that your performance does not decline.

The hypotonic formula of sanotact® RECOVERY DRINK effervescent tablets supports rehydration. This is essential after exercise, as the cells need to compensate for water loss. It also contains electrolytes that support water balance regulation, compensation of electrolyte losses and normal muscle function.
sanotact® RECOVERY DRINK effervescent tablets contain 3 essential BCAA amino acids – leucine, isoleucine and valine. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body so they have to be consumed in the form of food or supplements. They occur naturally in proteins in food and have an important role in building and repairing muscle mass. Magnesium helps promote normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism and muscle function and is required for the maintenance of normal bones.
sanotact RECOVERY DRINK effervescent tablets have a pleasant orange/lemon taste. They are vegan as well as gluten- and lactose-free. Contains sweeteners.

Recommended intake
- Dissolve two tablets daily in a glass of water (200 ml). The slow-dissolving action is a feature of the unique structure of the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of small children.
