We take in zinc in our diet, because the body cannot produce it itself. This important trace element is found, for example, in hard cheese, lentils, nuts, oatmeal and beef. 130 grams of hard cheese or nuts would be enough to provide the daily requirement of zinc. You can also meet your daily requirements with food supplements.

Recommended intake
- Dissolve one tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
