Each daily serving (2 sticks) delivers 3,000 mg of creatine monohydrate, which contributes to increased physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, alongside 2,400 mg of BCAAs in the 2:1:1 ratio (L-leucine : L-isoleucine : L-valine). Simply dissolve in water and enjoy the refreshing apple-pomegranate flavour before or after training. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugars.
Ingredients
creatine monohydrate, acid citric acid, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, L-leucine, bulking agent sorbitol, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavourings, elderberry juice powder, beetroot juice powder, humectant sucrose esters of fatty acids, anti-foaming agent polyethylene glycol, sweetener sucralose.
Recommended intake
- 2 sticks per day, dissolved in water (400 ml).
- Dissolve 2 sticks in 400 ml of water and drink. Ideally consume around training. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
