During the follicular phase: You’re full of energy and your body needs plenty of it. Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue and support normal energy metabolism—so you’re ready for any adventure.
During the luteal phase: Your body seeks balance. Magnesium supports normal muscle function and normal mental function. Folic acid supports normal mental function. And vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity and supports normal nervous system function—for greater inner stability during this phase.
In addition, there’s myo-inositol and selected plant extracts such as monk’s pepper and lady’s mantle—active ingredients that have been associated with women’s well-being for centuries.

Recommended intake
- Take “Tablet 1” once daily during the follicular phase.
- Take “Tablet 2” once daily during the luteal phase. We recommend taking it for at least 4–6 weeks.
