Recommended intake
  • Dissolve 1 -2 tablets in a glass of water (150 ml) and stir it well. The tablets can also be taken directly and melt in the mouth. Drink or melt it directly before (although not an empty stomach) or during the consumption of meals containing lactose (milk sugar).
  • The recommended daily intake indicated should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy way of living. Keep out of young children’s reach.
