Biotin, zinc, and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin; biotin and zinc also support normal hair. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails. The formula is enriched with millet seed extract, OryZa Ceramide™-PCD to moisturise the skin, L-cysteine, L-methionine, choline, and silicon. A full B-vitamin complex plus vitamins A and C complete this high-quality formulation. Lactose-free and free from added sugars.
