sanotact® Sleep Well lozenges contain 1 mg of melatonin per lozenge – the naturally occurring sleep hormone that helps regulate the body’s circadian rhythm. Melatonin helps reduce the time taken to fall asleep* and contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag, making it ideal for shift workers and frequent travellers. Simply allow one lozenge to dissolve in the mouth shortly before going to bed. Pleasantly flavoured with vanilla and honey. Gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugars, vegan. No habituation effect. Not for use by children, adolescents or pregnant/breastfeeding women. *The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Recommended intake
