sanotact® Vitamin E 400 provides 268 mg α-TE of natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) per softgel capsule. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, helping to neutralise harmful free radicals and supporting overall cellular health. The natural form D-alpha-tocopherol (100% natural) offers high bioavailability. The convenient once-daily softgel capsule is easy to swallow and is gluten-free and lactose-free. Contains soybean oil and gelatin.

Recommended intake
- Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal containing fat to support absorption.
