Recommended intake
- Take 1 stick immediately before or during consumption of products containing lactose (not on an empty stomach).
- The stick can be consumed directly without water or stirred into cold or warm foods and beverages (up to approx. 55°C).
- DThe degree of lactose intolerance varies from person to person. It depends on the body’s own lactase production and the amount of milk sugar contained in food and beverages. The type of food—liquid or solid—must also be taken into account. Please inform yourself about the function of lactase in your diet.
- The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
