How much lactose is in milk?
The lactose content varies depending on the type of milk. While cow’s milk contains high levels of lactose, sheep’s milk contains slightly less lactose and may be better tolerated by some. The lactose content can be influenced by the fat content of the milk and the way it is processed.

| Whole milk 3,5 % | ca. 4,7 g |
